Frustrated with shaving unwanted hair on the back, shoulders, and chest, men often turn to laser hair removal for a more permanent solution. Laser hair removal is not only for men who find themselves inconvenienced by the daily ritual of shaving, but is also an excellent option for men suffering from ingrown hairs and “razor burn” on the face and neck.

In fact, over 50% of Americans with hyperhidrosis suffer from axillary hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating of the underarms.

5) KybellaLast but not least on our list of the top cosmetic procedures for men is Kybella. Kybella is a man-made form of deoxycholic acid: a chemical that our bodies naturally produce to help absorb fat. When injected into the submental region, or “double chin,” Kybella permanently destroys the fat cells, resulting in a chiseled neck and jawline, over the course of several weeks. Kybella is most effective when performed in a series; typically treatments are spaced about six weeks apart. Most patients will require between 2-6 treatments for best results. Localized tenderness and swelling for a few days is expected after each treatment, but most feel this is a small price to pay for permanent, non-surgical results.
