Located in Nashville, Tennessee, and servicing the Middle Tennessee community since 1990, Dr. Michael Gold is the founder and medical director of Gold Skin Care Center, Advanced Aesthetics Medical Spa, The Laser & Rejuvenation Center, and Tennessee Clinical Research Center. Dr. Gold is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon and oversees the various facets of the Center’s operations; a combination of medical and surgical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, aesthetic services and research endeavors. Dr. Gold has earned worldwide recognition for providing patients with leading edge technological advances in dermatology and aesthetic skin care. After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Louisville, Collette received her Masters of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Southern Indiana. Collette went on to earn her Post Master’s degree as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Northern KY University. Continuing her education, Maggie earned a Masters of Science in PA Studies from Wake Forest University School of Medicine. The path that led Maggie to Gold Skin Care Center was forged during a clinical rotation here as part of her PA training. Maggie is excited to return as a provider, now making Nashville her home. Maggie actively engages in professional organizations such as the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
