Michael Gold

Dr. Michael Gold is the founder and medical director of Gold Skin Care Center, Advanced Aesthetics Medical Spa, The Laser & Rejuvenation Center, and Tennessee Clinical Research Center. Dr. Gold is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon and oversees the various facets of the Center’s operations; a combination of medical and surgical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, aesthetic services and research endeavors. Dr. Gold has earned worldwide recognition for providing patients with leading edge technological advances in dermatology and aesthetic skin care. He plays an integral role in the development of new pharmaceutical products and medical devices through his clinical research, and presents the results regularly at national and international dermatology and cosmetic meetings.

Marci Levy Kleinrock

Marci was born and raised right here in Nashville before heading to the University of Georgia and graduating with honors in Exercise and Sport Science. After graduating from The University of Georgia, she obtained her Masters of Science degree in Physician Assistant Practice from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, IL where she worked in General Surgery and Surgical Oncology before relocating back to Nashville. Marci is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and Tennessee Academy of Physician Assistants.

Collette Utley

Collette is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board certified Nurse Practitioner. She has lived in Nashville the past several years. After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Louisville, Collette received her Masters of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Southern Indiana. Collette went on to earn her Post Master’s degree as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Northern KY University. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University Of Southern Indiana. Collettes' Doctoral work was on Atopic Dermatitis with Dr. Gold as her project partner from the University of Southern Indiana. Although she is a Kentucky native, she has worked as a medical missionary in Haiti and currently lives in Nashville, TN. Along with serving as a board member for the Middle TN Advanced Practice Nurses, she also serves as a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, TN Nurse Practitioner Association, and Dermatology Nurses Association.

Born and raised in St. Charles, Missouri, Rachel earned her bachelor's in health sciences from the University of Missouri-Columbia (MIZZOU). After an accelerated EMT-basic course, she moved to Nashville, working as an EMT. Following PA school at Trevecca Nazarene University (Class of 2021), her elective rotation in Dermatology ignited Rachel's passion for skin care. With two years of experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, Rachel joined Gold Skin Care Center. Drawn to the clinic since graduating PA school, she's excited to learn and work alongside top dermatology providers. As an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), Rachel stays connected in the evolving field of dermatology.

Madeleine Minor has been an aesthetician since 2015 after graduating from Guy’s Academy in Shreveport, Louisiana. She then continued her education at National Laser Institute in Dallas, TX where she received her laser technician certification. Madeleine’s passion is to help clients feel healthy and confident about their skin. She has extensive training in laser treatments and also a variety of services including facials, waxing, and microdermabrasion. Madeleine loves the medical side of aesthetics and the results that can be achieved.

Hunter Hardin

Hunter Hardin is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Dermatology at Gold Skin Care Center. She began her academic journey at the University of Alabama, earning dual bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Psychology in 2015. Her early career in dermatology pharmaceutical sales fostered a deep appreciation for patient care and inspired her transition into nursing. Hunter earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marian University, graduating summa cum laude in 2021. While working in the surgical specialty at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing in 2024. Following graduation, she was selected as the first Advanced Practice Provider Fellow in Vanderbilt’s Department of Plastic Surgery, where she completed a year of advanced clinical training before returning to her passion—dermatology. Hunter is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care and enjoys helping patients achieve healthy, confident skin through evidence-based treatments and individualized care plans.
