Dr. Michael H. Gold
Located in Nashville, Tennessee, and servicing the Middle Tennessee community since 1990, Dr. Michael H. Gold is the founder and medical director of Gold Skin Care Center, Advanced Aesthetics Medical Spa, The Laser & Rejuvenation Center, and Tennessee Clinical Research Center. Dr. Gold is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon and oversees the various facets of the Center’s operations; a combination of medical and surgical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, aesthetic services and research endeavors. Dr. Gold has earned worldwide recognition for providing patients with leading edge technological advances in dermatology and aesthetic skin care. He plays and integral role in the development of new pharmaceutical products and medical devices through his clinical research, and presents the results regularly at national and international dermatology and cosmetic meetings.
Natalie Eaton Copeland
Natalie joined the Gold Skin Care Center in 2010. She graduated from Belmont University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Natalie has an abundance of knowledge in injectables, laser devices and providing clients with the best aesthetic medical procedures. She has a true passion for aesthetic nursing.
Christine Murdock joins Gold Skin Care Center with a wealth of aesthetic experience. With a six year background as Clinic Manager and Lead Nurse at a facial surgery center, Ms. Murdock specializes in Injectables, Toxins, Laser Hair Removal, and IPL treatments. Christine’s educational background in Nursing was earned at Excelsior College in Albany, NY. With 14 years of overal nursing experience, her adeptness at aesthetic medical procedures will impress each patient she treats here at Gold Skin Care Center.
With a warm greeting and a radiant smile, Ms. Watkins graciously welcomes and cares for the Laser and Rejuvenation Center clients. She is the newest addition to the Laser and Rejuvenation Center staff and is the first face many encounter. As the receptionist, she greets patients, schedule appointments, and process payments. According to Ms. Watkins, her most important responsibility is to ensure patient satisfaction by providing prompt and exceptional customer service.
