Is There Any Downtime?

For miraDry®, downtime is minimal but it is normal to experience temporary swelling, tenderness, or firmness in the underarm area for a few days to a couple of weeks. Most patients return to normal activities shortly after treatment, with some temporary restrictions on intense exercise.
For Botox, there is no downtime. Patients can return to normal activities immediately following treatment.
