Located in Nashville, Tennessee, and servicing the Middle Tennessee community since 1990, Dr. Michael Gold is the founder and medical director of Gold Skin Care Center, Advanced Aesthetics Medical Spa, The Laser & Rejuvenation Center, and Tennessee Clinical Research Center. Dr. Gold is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon and oversees the various facets of the Center’s operations; a combination of medical and surgical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, aesthetic services and research endeavors. Dr. Gold has earned worldwide recognition for providing patients with leading edge technological advances in dermatology and aesthetic skin care. After graduating from The University of Georgia, she obtained her Masters of Science degree in Physician Assistant Practice from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, IL where she worked in General Surgery and Surgical Oncology before relocating back to Nashville. Collette Utley

Collette is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board certified Nurse Practitioner. She has lived in Nashville the past several years. After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Louisville, Collette received her Masters of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Southern Indiana. Collette went on to earn her Post Master’s degree as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Northern KY University. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University Of Southern Indiana. Collettes’ Doctoral work was on Atopic Dermatitis with Dr. Gold as her project partner from the University of Southern Indiana. Although she is a Kentucky native, she has worked as a medical missionary in Haiti and currently lives in Nashville, TN.
