Michael Gold, MD, FAAD

Dr. Michael Gold is the founder and medical director of Gold Skin Care Center, Advanced Aesthetics Medical Spa, The Laser & Rejuvenation Center, and Tennessee Clinical Research Center. Dr. Gold is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon and oversees the various facets of the Center’s operations; a combination of medical and surgical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, aesthetic services and research endeavors. Dr. Gold has earned worldwide recognition for providing patients with leading edge technological advances in dermatology and aesthetic skin care. He plays an integral role in the development of new pharmaceutical products and medical devices through his clinical research, and presents the results regularly at national and international dermatology and cosmetic meetings.

Chris Robb, MD

Dr. Robb is a co-founder of Skin and Allergy Center and SAC Cosmetic. He completed his undergraduate work at Baylor University and received a Ph.D. from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Microbiology and Immunology where he focused his work on molecular biology and infectious diseases. Dr. Robb earned his MD from Texas Tech University School of Medicine in 2003 and finished the Internal Medicine portion of his training at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. Dr. Robb completed a Dermatology Residency at Vanderbilt University, where he served as chief resident his final year. Dr. Robb is a board-certified dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon who performs medical and surgical dermatology, MOHs surgery and cosmetic dermatology. He also participates in research efforts focusing on the physiologic effects of lasers in the skin.

Marci Levy Kleinrock, PA-C

Marci was born and raised right here in Nashville before heading to the University of Georgia and graduating with honors in Exercise and Sport Science. After graduating from The University of Georgia, she obtained her Masters of Science degree in Physician Assistant Practice from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, IL where she worked in General Surgery and Surgical Oncology before relocating back to Nashville. Marci is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and Tennessee Academy of Physician Assistants.

Collette Utley, DNP, NP-C

Collette is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board certified Nurse Practitioner. She has lived in Nashville the past several years. After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Louisville, Collette received her Masters of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Southern Indiana. Collette went on to earn her Post Master’s degree as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Northern KY University. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University Of Southern Indiana. Collettes\' Doctoral work was on Atopic Dermatitis with Dr. Gold as her project partner from the University of Southern Indiana. Although she is a Kentucky native, she has worked as a medical missionary in Haiti and currently lives in Nashville, TN. Along with serving as a board member for the Middle TN Advanced Practice Nurses, she also serves as a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, TN Nurse Practitioner Association, and Dermatology Nurses Association.
